Unique Italian experiences in Milan!
What if learning Italian could be part of the way you experience Milan?
With me, you’ll step into the city’s everyday life through markets, music, coffee, art and culture.
Each experience is an opportunity to discover something you love, meet Italian life up close, and naturally put your language skills into practice.

Words at the Market
Parole al mercato
What we do
We’ll explore one of Milan’s lively markets together, looking at food, objects, clothes or antiques. We’ll read signs, ask questions, talk to sellers, discover new words and sometimes even learn how to cook or enjoy what they sell, from a vegetable to a cheese.
How it helps with Italian
Markets are full of real, useful language. You’ll practice vocabulary, questions, numbers and everyday expressions while having genuine conversations in a relaxed setting.
Who it’s for
Perfect for beginner to advanced students, especially if you enjoy food, local life, vintage finds or simply discovering a different side of Milan.

Sing together, learn together
Cantare insieme, imparare insieme
What we do
We’ll join HardKoro, Milan’s pop-up choir, for a unique evening of collective singing. There are no auditions and no previous singing experience is required: you arrive, receive the lyrics, discover the song and follow the Maestro as the group builds a simple arrangement together.
How it helps with Italian
Singing is a playful way to connect with the sound, rhythm and pronunciation of Italian. If the song is in Italian, we’ll explore the lyrics together, while following the Maestro’s instructions in Italian, discovering expressions, vocabulary and meaning as part of a shared moment.
Who it’s for
For all levels, especially students who love music, enjoy meeting people and want to experience a different side of Milan. You don’t need to be a singer, you simply need to be ready to join in and have fun.

Coffee and chiacchiere
Caffè e chiacchiere
What we do
I’ll take you to one of my favourite places for coffee in Milan: a café where locals go, away from the usual tourist routes, or perhaps a traditional torrefazione or a charming café-bookshop. We’ll order a coffee, take our time and chat about everyday life, Milan and whatever sparks our curiosity.
How it helps with Italian
A coffee is the perfect excuse to practice real, everyday Italian. You’ll learn how to order, ask questions, understand what people say and use expressions that you can take with you into your own Italian life.
Who it’s for
For all levels, and especially for anyone who wants to discover Milan through its cafés, local habits and conversations — one coffee at a time.

Italian at La Scala
Italiano alla Scala
What we do
We’ll discover the world of Teatro alla Scala, one of Milan’s most iconic places. Depending on the programme, we might explore the theatre, attend a rehearsal or discover its history and traditions together.
How it helps with Italian
Culture gives us something meaningful to talk about. You’ll learn vocabulary connected to music, theatre and the arts, while listening to and discussing what you see and experience.
Who it’s for
Particularly suited to intermediate and advanced students with an interest in music, opera, theatre and Italian cultural heritage.

Art gets us talking
L’arte ci fa parlare
What we do
We’ll visit a museum, exhibition or historic house in Milan and explore it together. We’ll look closely, share impressions, describe what we see and let the artworks guide our conversation.
How it helps with Italian
Art gives us an endless starting point for conversation. You’ll practice describing, expressing opinions, asking questions and explaining ideas, while discovering new vocabulary along the way.
Who it’s for
Suitable for intermediate to advanced students, especially those who love art, architecture, history and culture.
